Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available ONLY if:

Your application has NOT yet been submitted to the embassy/consulate
You request a refund within 24 hours of payment AND before processing begins
A duplicate payment was made in error

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

NO refund will be issued if:

Processing of your application has already begun
Documents have been submitted to the embassy
Your visa application is rejected by the embassy
You provided incorrect or incomplete information
You failed to respond to requests for additional documents
Government/embassy fees have been paid on your behalf

3. Government & Embassy Fees

Government fees and embassy fees are STRICTLY non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees are paid directly to government authorities and cannot be recovered by FlyInVisa.

4. Visa Rejection

FlyInVisa is NOT responsible for visa rejections. No refund is provided for rejected applications as:

Our service fee covers application preparation and submission
The decision to approve or reject is made by the embassy
We have no control over embassy decisions

5. Refund Process

If eligible for a refund:

Email support@flyinvisa.com with your application ID and payment details
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
A processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your application before processing begins
Cancellation after processing starts is subject to our non-refund policy
