1. About FlyInVisa

FlyInVisa is an independent visa assistance service provider. We are NOT affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government authority. Visa approval decisions are solely made by respective immigration authorities. Our role is limited to assisting with application preparation, document review, and submission.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

FlyInVisa does not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application. The decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We provide professional assistance to maximize your chances, but approval is never guaranteed.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Ensure all documents are genuine and valid
Maintain a valid passport with at least 6 months validity
Disclose any previous visa rejections or immigration issues
Respond promptly to requests for additional information

Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection, account termination, and potential legal consequences.

4. Payments & Fees

All fees are displayed transparently before payment
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
Fees include our service charges and applicable government/embassy fees
Payments are non-refundable once processing has begun
Government and embassy fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
All prices shown include applicable taxes

5. Processing Times

Processing times shown on our platform are estimates based on standard embassy timelines. FlyInVisa does not guarantee processing times. Delays may occur due to:

Embassy workload or holidays
Incomplete or incorrect documentation
Additional verification requirements
Circumstances beyond our control

We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

6. Liability Limitations

FlyInVisa shall NOT be liable for:

Visa rejections or delays by embassies
Travel disruptions or missed flights due to visa delays
Loss of income or opportunities due to visa processing
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Embassy decisions or policy changes

Our total liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific application.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these terms
Submit fraudulent documents
Engage in abusive behavior toward staff
Attempt to manipulate our systems
Misuse the platform in any way

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and software on FlyInVisa are our property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
